2007 Mrs. Minnesota International Pageant.
Katie was among the judges for Miss Teen Minnesota and Miss Minnesota competition March 10-11, 2007.
The experience was awesome! I had so much fun doing it; it's something that I will never forget. I enjoyed interviewing each contestant, and through that learning what they were passionate about -- all very strong women! :) It just not about the way they present themselves; they have to be passionate about what they will work on as a Miss Minnesota or Miss Teen Minnesota winner! Part of what they presented was process of what needs to be done and how they are going to advertise and promote their passion, whether that be DARE, people with a disability, etc.
